ZIGR’s 4PL model gives clients strategic control over logistics outcomes without the burden of operational execution. We serve as the principal agent overseeing 3PLs, carriers, and service providers, leveraging data analytics and AI-based routing to optimize cost, risk, and performance across the supply chain. Our 4PL programs are tailored for defense procurement, large-scale federal contracts, M&A transition logistics, and industrial supply programs that require oversight across warehousing, freight, compliance, and reverse logistics. ZIGR provides mission-ready packing services using mil-spec and commercial-grade materials for sensitive, high-value, or oversized freight. Services include moisture barrier protection, VCI wrap, foam-in-place, shock mounts, and anti-static treatments. We offer both inbound consolidation and outbound staging, with labeling systems that integrate DoD UID, RFID, or GS1 barcode formats. Whether supporting deployment logistics or global supply fulfillment, ZIGR ensures each item is protected, compliant, and trackable.
Our custom crating solutions meet or exceed ISPM-15 and MIL-STD-2073 standards for international and military shipping. ZIGR engineers each crate for weight, load distribution, environmental exposure, and handling risk—utilizing CAD-based designs, internal bracing, and shock isolation to secure critical assets in transit. We support multi-modal shipments (air, sea, land) and provide blocking, bracing, fumigation, and heat treatment certification where required. Crating services are available as part of integrated logistics plans or as standalone deliverables for sensitive shipments.
